The salt in the blend draws out the moisture in the meat, which creates a dry brine that gets reabsorbed back into the meat to tenderize it as it cooks. The Spice Trade Steak Seasoning can also be used to elevate the flavor profile of burgers, kebobs, lamb, as well as vegetables and casseroles. For best results, season the steak at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow the seasoning to penetrate the meat and develop its flavor.
