Cinnamon is one of the oldest known spices, which has been mentioned in the Bible and Sanskrit manuscripts. Cinnamon comes from a small, evergreen tree. Cinnamon itself is the inner bark of the tree. The inner bark is rolled up and made into the swirls of cinnamon bark we often see today.The Spice Trade’s Cinnamon has a fine consistency and is very pungent and aromatic.
